Engine Room - Aft Captain's Cabin Forward of the wardroom lay the captain's cabin and the captain's stateroom. The commander of the vessel had the lion's share of the living space. His cabin, located on the starboard side, was fitted much the same as Keeler's cabin but had the added luxury of one of the four below-waterline flushing heads on board.
