Type II (1)

Imagine a star with a mass 10 times greater than the mass of our sun. Stars this large have huge furnaces that burn their fuel quickly: this one will begin to exhaust its fuel in about 35 million years. By comparison, a star the size of our sun can burn for 10 billion years before running out of fuel.
