Space Sound travels much faster in space than in water.

Yes, the above statement is false. Sound can't travel faster in space than in water because sound can't travel in space at all. That's because space is a vacuum, with essentially no molecules. Astronauts can't talk to each other in space but they can communicate by radio because radio waves can travel in a vacuum.
