Q: How do I purchase a NOVA video or DVD?

A: Many NOVA programs are available on video. Not every program has been licensed for home video use, however. A complete list of NOVA videos available for purchase can be found in the NOVA section of the WGBH online shop. All available videos can also be purchased by calling WGBH Videos at 1-800-949-8670 x498.

Q: When will a particular show repeat?

A: Because each local PBS station determines its own repeat schedule, you should check the television schedule for your area. You can do this by visiting the PBS TV Schedules page. You can also find television listings in your local newspaper or by calling your local PBS station.

Q: How can I find out what programs are coming up on NOVA?

A: Visit our TV Schedule or sign up for the weekly NOVA e-mail newsletter and receive an e-mail each Friday about upcoming programs and companion websites. You can check your local PBS television schedule for exact dates and times by visiting the NOVA TV Schedules page.

Q: Where can I find NOVA transcripts?

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9-5, and Thursdays 9-4, Eastern Time.

Q: Can you send me information on a particular topic featured in a NOVA program?

A: Because of the high volume of correspondence NOVA receives every day, we cannot individually answer each request for information on a particular topic of interest.
