A unique blend of history, science and sci-fi, poetry and portraiture, <\/span><b><i>Rat Film<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explores how racial segregation, discriminatory lending practices known as \u201credlining,\u201d and environmental racism built the Baltimore that exists today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What begins as an examination of our interactions with rats \u2013 portraits of rat-afflicted citizens, rats as test subjects in labs, the development of rat poison \u2013 becomes a deeper exploration of Baltimore.
