They are <em>Hell and Back Again<\/em> by Danfung Dennis, and <em><a title=\"We Were Here\" href=\"http:\/\/wewereherefilm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">We Were Here: Stories from the AIDS Years in San Francisco<\/a><\/em> by David Weissman and Bill Weber. This takes both films one step closer to a nomination for the big night. Everybody at <em>Independent Lens<\/em> wants to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the remarkable filmmakers whose tireless work is being recognized, and say: well deserved!<\/p>\n<p>Below, check out the trailers for both films.
